Aledo, Texas (May 1, 2025) – Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) is proud to announce a new strategic alliance with Irby, establishing it as TCEC’s new dedicated supply chain management partner.

“TCEC financial decisions are evaluated and implemented based on consistency with the cooperative mission: providing safe and reliable power to members at the lowest possible cost. This partnership, which is poised to save the cooperative millions of dollars every year, supports this mission,” said TCEC President and CEO Scott Spence.

Irby praised the integration, whose first steps were taken on November 1, 2024, on LinkedIn in saying, “Less than five months in, our partnership with Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. has already proven the value of aligned goals and boots-on-the-ground execution. We’re proud to support one of Texas’s fastest-growing service territories—and we’re just getting started.”
