Energy Efficiency Rebates

We’re making it easier than ever to save energy and money. The 2025 Energy Efficiency Rebate PILOT PROGRAM, funded by unclaimed funds earmarked for energy efficiency initiatives, offers valuable incentives to help members improve energy efficiency at home.

  • HVAC Tune-Up Rebate: Now increased from $75 to $125 to encourage regular system maintenance.

  • ENERGY STAR® Appliance Rebate: Get $50 back when you purchase qualifying energy-efficient appliances.

HVAC Tune-up Rebate

Receive a $125 bill credit for completing an HVAC tune-up with a certified technician.

Rebate Details:

  • Rebate Amount: $125 bill credit
  • Required Upload: Itemized receipt showing all work completed by a certified HVAC technician
  • Receipt Date: January 1, 2025 or later
  • Limit: One rebate per account
  • Program Notes: Limited funds available. This rebate is paid for by energy efficiency unclaimed funds, not your electric bill payments.

The itemized receipt must show this checklist was completed during the tune up:

  • Check inside the cooling coil, if accessible
  • Test primary and secondary drain lines
  • Inspect condensate pan
  • Check and clean the condenser coil
  • Check pressures for proper refrigerant charge
  • Monitor the air conditioning cycle
  • Adjust blower components
  • Monitor the voltage and amperage draw on all motors
  • Check and tighten all loose electrical connections
  • Clean and adjust the thermostat

Energy Star Certified Product Rebate

Get a $50 bill credit when you purchase an Energy Star certified product.

Rebate Details:

  • Rebate Amount: $50 bill credit
  • Required Upload: Receipt and Energy Star label
  • Receipt Date: January 1, 2025 or later
  • Limit: One rebate per account
  • Program Notes: Limited funds available. This rebate is paid for by energy efficiency unclaimed funds, not your electric bill payments.
