Tri-County Electric Cooperative has released its 2025 Mid-Year Review, showcasing significant accomplishments in service to its members so far this calendar year.
Key highlights from the report include:
- On track for $80 million in total debt reduction by March 31, 2026, supported by the strategic sale of underutilised assets
- A 10-minute decrease in power outages experienced by a member
- A $25,000 monthly cost savings thanks to members going paperless
- More than $110,000 in bill credits disbursed—without members paying a single extra cent—as part of the 2025 Energy Efficiency Pilot Program
The report builds on progress outlined in the Cooperative’s 2024-2025 Annual Report.
“Think of the Mid-Year Review as this team’s halftime report card—an honest, data-driven update on how we’re improving the Cooperative’s financial health and enhancing the service experience for all 112,000 members. It puts on display their tireless efforts, led by a dedicated leadership team, in the name of providing safe, reliable power at the lowest possible cost,” said TCEC President and CEO Scott Spence.
